Interesting Blog on Religion in the Public Square

May 10, 2005

My friend, Mike, at MDV Outlook, told me about a website: Atheocracy Watch, which is “dedicated to supporting the political liberty of religious citizens to participate in America’s liberal democracy.” The website has very interesting articles on the subject. There’s also a link to a blog on the site: Atheocracy Blog, which is also interesting. Both the website and the blog are run by Francis J. Beckwith, an professor of Church-State Studies at Baylor University.

A few weekends ago I spoke at Dr. Norman Geisler’s Southern Evangelical Seminary at the invitation of Dr. Geisler and my friend Frank Turek. In the seminary’s brochure, I noticed that Francis Beckwith is listed as a member of the non-resident faculty. That’s a strong endorsement.
