American Thinker on Judicial Activism’s Perfect Storm

March 17, 2005

As usual, a spendidly thoughtful and insightful piece from Thomas Lifson at the American Thinker on the confluence of forces that might finally threaten the menace of judicial activism. I was prepared to dock this piece from an A+ to an A because I assumed Thomas, like so many others of late, would discuss this incredible problem without mentioning the outstanding book now out on the subject, “Men In Black,” by Mark Levin. Have I mentioned that book yet? But alas I jumped the gun. Thomas did mention and endorse the book quite robustly, so I withdraw my assumption and restore his A+ and up it to A++. Check it out. Great post.
