New Politically Correct NIV Bible Translation
March 16, 2005In yet another cave to the secular culture, so-called Christians, theologians, and Biblical scholars have released a modernized version of the New International Version of the Bible. From what I can tell, as usual, truth has taken a backseat in this project. For example, it no longer reads that God created man in his image or likeness, but simply “God created human beings.” That is a big, big difference in meaning, one so significant that it has affected the course of history, especially American history. I’ve often lamented that more damage comes to the church from within than without. This is just further proof.
