Bruce Fein Column on the Court’s Decision

March 8, 2005

This is an excellent Bruce Fein (legal scholar) on the crazy underage murderer Supreme Court opinion I’ve been writing about. Fein makes the excellent point that President Bush should not compromise in his appointments, but should appoint Bork-like originalists to the Court and actively campaign against frivolous, obstructionist Democrat filibusters to his judicial appointments. The only thing lacking from Mr. Fein’s fine column was an exhortation to buy Mark Levin’s book, “Men in Black,” another picture of which will be forthcoming in the next post.
