Larry Kudlow: “Mad Cap Idea”
February 22, 2005After entering my post below on the president’s consideration of lifting the payroll tax ceiling I read this excellent piece on the same subject by Lawrence Kudlow, supply-side economist extraordinaire. I am gratified that he and I agree in every respect on this issue. I’m also gratified to be reminded, in his column, that Tom Delay assures us that the House will never pass a Social Security tax increase.
