Video of the possessed Lawrence O'Donnell Berating/Slandering/Filibustering the Great John O'Neill

Here's a link to a video clip of that amazing segment on Scarborough Country last night where MSNBC Political Hitman Lawrence O'Donnell embarrassed himself on behalf of John Kerry shouting down the consummate gentleman and humble war hero and truth warrior John O'Neill. If these Swiftee-slandering vipers had shame in them I'd suggest they wallow in it. But shame and conscience are their strangers.

The Incivility of Lawrence O'Donnell

MSNBC's ostensible senior political analyst Lawrence O'Donnell made a complete ass of himself shouting down, interrupting, filibustering, and otherwise being rude to the consummate gentleman John O'Neill on Scarborough Country tonight.

Indiscriminate Liberal Exploitation

Is there any issue liberals won't exploit in their quest for the White House? The sheer fact that they can blame President Bush for almost anything is proof enough their big-government ideology is wrong for the nation.

Is it the government's responsibility to prevent the flu? Even if you think so, is it automatically George Bush's fault that the supplies were contaminated and insufficient backup was available? That was the position of staunch liberals and Kerry supporters Lawrence O'Donnell and Eleanor Clift on the McLaughlin Group. O'Donnell also said that 9-11 was President Bush's fault. (By the way, when did John McLaughlin become such an anti-Bushite? I thought he used to be a conservative. Was I hallucinating all those years when I used to watch the show?) But I thought Tony Blankly and Pat Buchanan did an admirable job fending off the malicious and vicious allegations O'Donnell and Clift were parroting for Team Kerry.

Peter Beinart Says Liberal Epithet Has Lost Its Sting

Peter Beinart in the New Republic argues that the liberal label is no longer effective against Democrats and concludes that it's not working against John Kerry. Beinart writes:

Poppy used the L word effectively against Michael Dukakis in 1988, and, as late as 1994, it helped slay New York Governor Mario Cuomo, whom George Pataki dubbed "too liberal for too long." But, by 1996, the magic had run out. Bob Dole hurled the charge at Bill Clinton to little avail. And, as Jonathan Cohn has noted ("Fade to Black," November 13, 2000), Pataki's consultant, Arthur Finkelstein, played the liberal card against three Democratic Senate candidates that year--Robert Torricelli in New Jersey, Paul Wellstone in Minnesota, and Jack Reed in Rhode Island. After losing all three races, Finkelstein admitted that the epithet had lost its sting.

Washington Times Editorial on Leftist Voter Fraud

Right after entering my last post on the AP story detailing Kerry's post-election planned mischief I came across this Washington Times editorial addressing the same general subject: the Left's ongoing disrespect for the electoral process and their willingness to do anything to win. In the meantime, certain die hards in the Old Media, like the New York Times Paul Krugman, are busy recycling lies about Republican voter intimidation of blacks in Florida. It's interesting that Krugman is always falsely accusing George Bush of lying and yet here he is passing on these stories, which liberal Orlando columnist Jeffrey Billman called "bull." Here's a little -- but very important -- snippet from the times editorial:

Hilarious, But Sadly, Mostly True Column by Tony Blankley

Read this excellently hilarious column by Tony Blankley and either laugh or weep. The theme of Leftist nastiness has obviously grabbed my attention today.
